OK, if you want a premotion to a higher rank follow these step's/Rules.

1) Dont ask to be a higher rank, if you deserve it you will get it. ( There won't be many premotion's due to the fact there's hardly any one on at the presant moment).
2) When you do dont rub it in other people's faces ( like hahahaha i got premoted i am better than you).
3) If your rank 3 or 4 you can request to be an instructor. ( teaching a bunch of traniee's).
4) Being active on forum will also help.
