The following offences carry a jailsentence of 15 minutes.

Murder
Battery
Attempted murder of police Officer
Murder of Police Officer
Kidnap

Section 2
The following offences carry a jailsentence of 10 minutes.

Manslaughter
Assault
Armed Assault
Armed Assault without being able to show license
Robbery
Scam

Section 3
The following offences carry a fine of $10,000

Threatening non-armed
