Section 1
The following offences carry a jailsentence of 9 minutes.

Possession of illegal firearm materials
Possession of an illegal firearm
Threatening with a firearm
Attempting to sell illegal/legal
Advertising to sell/buy illegall firearms


Section 2
The following offences carry a jailsentence of 18 minutes and eight general points

Discharging a firearm unless in a shooting range which is licensed by USA (United Shooting Association)
Discharging a firearm while having alcohol in blood
