Mabye you should get /killcar for factions
which despawns the car

Lspd, FBI should be able to get undercover skins just random playing skin's so they cant be undercover.

mabye get some smoke grenades for raids and stuff

Well the killcar thing is a good idea, but mostly the LSPD don't do raids, but somtimes FBI agents do. We usually leave that to the NG.
