Forum Banner *Fixed*

This is a possiblility. Yesterday whenever i refreshed the page the banner would not come up. The page loaded but not the banner, and to get the banner again i clicked the top left hand corner where it should be, and it took me to the website immediatly without problems, and the banner was right there. If you have this problem PM me, and tell me if you don't, Still PM me so i can change the *Broken* to *Fixed*.
